The poll found 39 percent of Kentucky adults dont get the recommended amount of fruits garcinia cambogia and vegetables in their daily diets. About half of Kentuckians surveyed said it was because of the cost. Americans should eat two servings of fruit and three servings of vegetables daily, according to U.S. Department of Agriculture guidelines. However in Christian County, only 19 percent of adults are getting their recommended daily servings, said Linsey Ramage, a registered dietitian nutritionist at the Christian County Health Department.
